Or is it toque? We do wear many hats around here and long before I joined in this mad idea of writing, my non-mom job was catering. I’m fortunate enough to be able to choose a few jobs a year that feed my soul as much as I feed my clients and their guests. Today is one of those events.
After spending most of yesterday waiting on flight delays. Today was a mad dash to get everything ready for a Christmas Party! Such a delight to cook and plan for this group of school nurses. Fun, caring, dedicated ladies who are always appreciative of my food and drink choices. This is year six or seven, I’ve lost count.

It all looks yummy, esp. the filling for the lettuce wraps! Can’t wait to get the scoop on the cocktail (a surprise to no one, I’m sure).
