Forgive the late post, tonight was an annual dinner we cater and the 48 hours surrounding these events are a bit hectic. My brother mans the smoker, the rest of us kick in for the other stuff. JSB and Kate are as always the best service crew – and after 10+ years are getting paid in more than “leftovers & corn dogs”. <<< Another story for another day.
